KPM are mid programme in a 20 week Landlord refurbishment of 5,000 ft² of prime office space in The Corn Exchange in Liverpool City Centre. The project includes high specification raised access floor, lighting, air conditioning, kitchen & rest room facilities.   

We have recently completed a fit out for International Real Estate Consultants EC Harris, at their North East Teesside Office. This includes silicone glazed partitions, meeting facilities, break out and IT Infrastructure.
