KPM also carried out the fit out of two warehouse units in Oldham.  This tight 7 week program was a complete success and involved the building of glazed partitions, jumbo stud partitioning, suspended fire rated ceilings, kitchen and toilet facilities, lighting, power, data, floor coverings, decoration signage and specialist joinery works to create a trade counter.  The job also included the construction of a mezzanine floor.

Various other projects carried out during the summer include the strip out and refurbishment of units at Century Buildings in Liverpool, tenant fit outs in Chester, Liverpool and Warrington, floor coverings in the north east and as Autumn approaches KPM starts a 5399sqft strip out and fit out project in Greater Manchester and the fit out of two wings of a building in Dudley.
